Five Stress Areas and How to Manage Them

Over the past few weeks and months I have been struggling with so many things that it feels like I cannot keep my head above water and these stresses of my life have been so overwhelming to say the least. I know I am not alone in my feelings, I am sure you have felt or you are feeling this way right as we speak. I have tried to move past some things that have come my way, but I cannot seem to do it. So, what happens when this type of feeling comes upon me? It is time to hunker down and seek God in a special way. My day always starts with spending time with God, however that does not eliminate me from having troubles in my human life. God is my source and yes, He is my strength, and the Bible lets us know, He is our refuge. Psalm 91 states “He that dwells in the secrete place of the Most High will abide under the shadow of the almighty, vs 2. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in Him will I trust.  This is my hiding place, this is the place I go to and run from all the chaos of the world, where it’s just me and my God. He will never let me down and never, not ever judge me for not keeping it all together.

God is our dwelling place, and Moses said, “For all generations,” (Psalm 90:1). There is no place I would rather be then in the presence of God especially when I’m faced with troubles, chaos or disappointments or shame.

Along with getting into the secrete place with my God, this is also a time for cleansing and purging some things from my life. Depending on what those stressors are and what your stressors are, this is the time to do some rethinking, reevaluating and restructuring of those things (you don’t want to get to the point where you can no longer function and do something that you will later regret). Some things we just have to deal with, however, there are some not.

Here are 5 things that you may need to look at to reevaluate your life and remove the stress.

1. Social media

If you are a big social media person and all things social media surround your life, this may be the first thing that you look at when you start your elimination process. Now, I’m not saying that you give up on social media especially if this is your livelihood, but if you use social media just to socialize with friends or to check out the latest gossip column, then you may want to check your social-self. Are you reading everything that pops up on your notifications, (you know you can control that) and are you trying to stay up on the latest political tweets? These things have a tendency to overwhelm us and they are addictive. You don’t need all the social genres, really, do you? If not, check eliminate.

2. Your Friends

Another place is your inner circle of friends. Friends are great to have and I love my friends very much but having all of them with me at every waking moment can be tough. When you are not with them, you are with them. I mean, when you are not with them physically, you are with them on social media, why? When do you have time to do anything else? Friends are great and they can be great resources, business partners, and listeners however, some friends, we are not to hang onto forever. They can be still part of your life but not so close that they know everything that is going on in our life. These friends are like the books on your shelf. They are great for you to have, and you want to keep them close just in case you need them,  and if you do need them, you can always take them down off the shelf and glen from them, but you don’t need to read them every day.

3. Family

Our family, yes, I said family, they can be overwhelming to you also, especially if they are not in control of their own social and self-space. Why are so many people ashamed to say their families overwhelm them? No one is perfect and the family unit is not perfect because the individual is not perfect. Take some time separate from others; (maybe a day or two) in order to gather yourself and your thoughts but remember this important thing, always let them know you need a little space. Inform them of what is going on in your life and what your plans are. This is for your own safety and they will respect the necessary time that you need to get things together.

4. Job

Our job, this can be one of the most stressful areas in our lives. Some of us have no other choice but to work and we have to work for others because we have no other resources. However, are you in the right position for you? Make a list, what are the things that you like and dislike about your job if anything. Does the dislikes column have an overwhelming majority on your list, if so, then this is an area that needs to be adjusted. We do not have to stay on a job and stresses us beyond measure. We have other options, example, as a nurse you don’t have to work in a hospital or facility at all for that matter. Nurses are needed everywhere including our school systems. Find what fits you best and has little or no stress at all. Now, what I’m not going to tell you is to quit your current job and not already have another lined up, that would be foolish. However, explore other options. Have you ever thought about becoming an entrepreneur? Maybe that’s a better fit, if so plan to make that happen in your life.

5. School

I understand we all want to further our education, whether it’s for personal or financial gain. However, school can add a lot of stress into our lives. I am a big advocate for higher education. I’m a teacher of Christian education and would love that everyone educates himself or herself in the word of God. Nevertheless, whatever your field of study, I encourage you to continue in that area. If this is a stress for you, consider if the timing is right. Is your education foundation solid enough to start building upon? Maybe a full-blown, 100+ academic credit level education is not fitting right now, then don’t do it, You will only become more frustrated and more stressed if the timing is not right. Talk with your family, teachers, and counselors to work something out and to help with your new plans.

Conclusion:

These are just five things that you can look at to help rejuvenate your life. There may be others but this is a start. Life is supposed to be joyful and bright. Start making some necessary changes to bring about that happiness that you so much deserve. There is not a perfect life and no two lives will look the same. However, there is a manageable life that God desires that you live. Start by clearing the path and removing the heavy weight. Pursue your dreams, live your best life, and walk in the newness of your ways.

Why Should I Teach?

Image result for free images of the bible

Biblical teachings, like the other callings are spiritual gifts within the fivefold ministry mentioned in Ephesians 4:11. It is so very important in helping others move forward, grow, and develop into the person God intended for them to become. Christian teachers are much like non-Christian teachers except everything that Christian teachers does and teaches is Christ –centered. Christian Education teachers carry a level of power and authority that is not of them, but this authority comes directly from God himself. Jesus stated that all power and authority in heaven and on earth has been given unto Him. We have the same power and authority to teach as Christ did. He has given us the keys to the kingdom to unlock the mysteries of heaven; therefore, the same authority given to Christ has been given to you through the anointing and infilling of the Holy Spirit.

Christ was the “Master Teacher,” the bible states that the people were astonished at his doctrine because he taught them as one with authority, not as the scribes (Mark 1:22). He communicated revealed truth. Revealed because it was already the written word of God and he brought forth the revelation of the written word.

We first learn of the teachings of Jesus when he was just twelve years old. His parents found him in the temple sitting in the midst of the doctors both hearing and asking them questions. They were astonished at his understanding and his answers (Luke 2:41-45). Jesus also told the unbelievers who marveled at his wisdom, “My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me (John 4:14-16).

Below are four reasons why you should teach:

  1. We have been commanded to teach: The disciples’ main reason for being called by Jesus was to teach. Jesus commanded them to go into all the earth and teach and baptize them. Paul and his companion Barnabas gathered with the people in Antioch and taught them for a whole year, and the disciples were first called Christians at this point (Acts 11:26).
  2. Teaching brings about transformation: Jesus’s teaching brought about change in the lives of the people and this change was immediate and lasting. (2 Corinth 3:18). The twelve who became the first disciples were touched profoundly and with spiritual intense. They discerned the connection without doubt that they left everything immediately and followed Christ. These were ordinary men and Jesus found them doing ordinary things in their communities. His calling was deliberate as he said, “Come and follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19)
  3. Teaching and learning brings about wisdom, knowledge, and understanding: Spiritual knowledge is obtained by having an acquaintanceship with God, then we shall know Him and He will come upon us as the latter and former rain. (Hos. 6:3)  God told Solomon to get wisdom and understanding and do not forget it. wisdom is the principle thing; therefore in all his getting get understanding (Pr. 4:5; 7) Paul prayed that the Lord would give wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, and that our eyes would be enlightened to understanding (Eph. 1:16-19)
  4. Teaching prepares you and those that you teach: The disciples were equipped with all they needed to go into the world and spread the word of God. When we teach we are communicating the living word. We are following God’s agenda and not our own (John 15:1-27).

Jesus had an art for capturing and maintaining the interest of the people. He did not make teaching difficult and he did not intend for those of us who follow him to make teaching difficult either. We have been given written instructions through the bible that we are to use to help guide others as they apply these principles to their life. Remember your Sunday school is not the end all of Christian Education, it is part of the whole teaching ministry whether in the local church or community schools and beyond, biblical teaching and biblical learning liberates the soul and leads to eternal life, therefore, the call along with the gift demands both training and through preparation.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Image result for free images of yellow brick roads

Where have you heard that? Of Course from the movie “The Wizard of Oz” I loved that movie and I still do and find myself watching it every time it comes on television. Dorothy was encouraged to follow the yellow brick road to find her way back home after being caught in a tornado disaster. She was displaced from her family, lost in a foreign place and did not know how to get home. She met a good witch and some nice people who told her how to get to the wizard and he would tell her how to get home. Therefore, with her red slippers on her feet and her dog Toto in hand she started out down the yellow brick to see the wizard so she could get home (we all know the song). However, along the way, Dorothy was distracted and got off the yellow brick road. Can you relate?

Just like Dorothy, we get off the path and lose focus of our destination when we take our sight off our yellow brick road that God told us to follow. You have the lamp of Jesus at your feet and your bible in your hand and you are following the yellow brick road towards your purpose and before you know it, a distraction has taken your attention away and your focus is now on your distraction and not your destination.

How many times are you going to step off the road that you are supposed to be following to deal with your distractions? Distractions come to take us away and slow our journey. They make us stumble and sometimes we fall and lie there waiting for our wounds to heal instead of treating them and continuing on our journey, and many times we take too long dealing with the distractions. The way to God and your purpose is along the upright path of wisdom (Proverbs 4:11), and off that path is death and destruction.

In order to stay focused and on the righteous path, we have to pray and meditate daily. Keeping His word close will help us stay on track. This is our weapon for warfare, if you remember in the movie, the bad witch sent her demonic monkeys to chase after Dorothy, the scarecrow (her mind), the tin man (her heart) and the lion (her soul), The enemy is after your heart, mind, and soul also.

After all the distractions and dealing with all the things that the enemy kept bringing her way, she finally got to the wizard only to find out he did not have the answers. Whom were you following that you believed would get you to your destination only now you know they could not do it? Now is the time to get back on your yellow brick road.  Trust in the Lord your God with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. He will make your path straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). The whole time, Dorothy had what she needed to get home. Her spirit of belief was already in her. The Holy Spirit of God is within you, He is there to help you reach your destination. Jesus sent Him to lead and guide you along the pathway of righteousness (John 14:26; 16:13) to get to your destination.

Follow the Lord; He is the keeper of your soul, your heart, and your mind. Do not let the world distractions make you lose your focus. Jesus is the way.

Evangelist Joey Price

I know Jesus, do you?

Father God, I pray for your people today that they do not lose focus on their destination. Father help them to keep their eyes on you and not the distraction of this world. You are our leader and your Holy Spirit our guide. Lead us and keep us in perfect peace as our mind stay on you. God be with us as you were with our forefathers, never leave us or forsake us. Our journey can be rough, but I trust you will make that path smooth and straight. I thank you today and I bless your name, Amen.

The Christian Teacher

the_apple_and_the_holy_bible_by_rina_prince-d85q62t

While growing up, I loved going to school and I still do. I still remember the majority of my teachers, but one in particular impressed me the most. She was not very old at the time and seemed to always pay close attention and express sincerity for others in the way she looked at you and the way she listened. So maybe it was always within my career path that it would include teaching. For many years, I was a teacher in the medical field and now God has called me to teach Christian Education.

The art of Christian Education is not much different from non-Christian Education, and many of the techniques used by Christian teachers are identical to non-Christian teacher; however, there is one large difference that sets Christion education apart from non-Christian education and that is everything that we do and teach is Christ centered. It is where we gain the motivation, find ethical and moral principles, and its objectives and where all other phases of the teaching process.

Every Christian should understand the importance of both teaching and learning. It was Christ who told the disciples to “Go and teach all nations and to teach them to observe all things that He had commanded them (Matthew 28:19-20), and those commands included a number of things including His unconditional love for all. Paul told Titus he must speak sound doctrine; teach that sound doctrine to the older men and women, after their learning, they may teach the younger (Titus 2:1-4).

Today I will address five characteristics that the bible points out to be important when it comes to combining the spiritual qualities and the intellectual abilities of a Christian teacher.

  1. Knowledge: The Christian teacher must know the Lord and have an understanding of the word of God. This can only happen if and when the teacher spends quality time in His presence and quantity time studying. The Christian teacher must know the truth of His word and that can only come through the times of careful bible studying. Not only does the Christian teacher know the Lord and know His word, they also should know their students. This helps and enables us to provide good counsel during times of our visitations.
  2. Maturity: There were many mature and immature people alike in the bible, but we can learn a lot from the Apostle Paul who shows us through his teachings and his letters how to grow and mature ourselves in our Christian walk. He stated, “For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake (1 Thess 1:5). Paul’s mature life was an example to the church of Thessalonica young life and walk for Christian living.
  3. Dedication: The Christian teacher must possess genuine commitment to the Lord and that same commitment to the task of teaching. It should be your desire to be submissive to the Spirit of God whereas you give all glory back to God in all that you do.
  4. Teachable: The Christian teacher is intelligent and understands the importance of learning. Teachers should have a teachable spirit because they themselves should never reach the point that they believe they no longer have to learn. However, grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. (2 Peter 3:18).
  5. Sacrifice: Christ did not come to be served, but to serve others and give His life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45), and we too have to give of ourselves through the time and dedication it takes to serve others in the ministry of teaching. Teaching is a ministry of love and commitment and earthly rewards are secondary compensations for what you have been called to do.

So to all Christian Educators, do not grow weary in your well doing because you shall reap if you faint not. Teaching is important and not only is the ministry desirable, but it is also a commandment from Christ himself.

Evangelist Joey Price

Promises, instruction and the benefits of His wisdom

download

Today is your day, the day I prepared just for you. It’s comes with many “things” all of which you asked for first. I heard your prayer on last night so I took upon myself to make the necessary changes that you asked for. I already had a plan for your life and I had a plan for your day that you didn’t seem to take into consideration. And you wanted your will and not my will to be done. I am the Lord, the one that knows all things and the creator of it all, and I also know what’s best for you. My love for you is great and it’s not by chance that you are where you are, because I knew you would be right where you are. I have kept you thus far and I’m the only one who holds the blueprint that shows the ins and outs, the ups and the downs of your life. Don’t you trust me? Don’t you love me?  I thought you said we had a relationship, a relationship filled with joy, peace, and of course love that passes all understanding. I have for you good health, wisdom and most of all soul salvation, all of which seems not to be good enough for you. Take a look around you and tell me what you see? The light that I call day and the darkness that I call night, yes, that was my creation that was given on the first day while I already had you in mind. The waters that are gathered into place and by obedience know how far to come onto dry land, yes, again that was I.  The birds in the air, yes, that was I, we created them on them on the fifth day to be a blessing and to fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. They neither sow nor reap yet my father provides for them. Are you not much better than they are? So I say to you, take no thought for your life what you should eat or drink or what you should put on your body for these entire things do unbelievers worry about, but your heavenly fathers knows that you have a need for all these things. Look to your heavenly father first, and all the other things will also be given to you. Not your will but his will be done

Genesis 1:1-31; Isaiah 45:18-23; Matthew 6:1-34; John 1:1-5. John 17:10-1

Prayer:

Lord, I thank you for who you are and the provisions you have already have stored up for me. You are the creator of all things, and I now recognize that you know what’s best for me. It was you who laid the foundations of the earth and uses the wings of the wind as your standing place. You created all things including me and I ask not my will but your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  I do profess that you are the author and finisher of my faith and it is through you that I live, move and have my being. Lord please forgive me of my selfish ways and all my sins knowingly and unknowingly that I have committed. I pray for a restored relationship with you and the willpower not to seek things from your hand, but to seek your face and your glory. Thank you Lord for your forgiveness and help me in all my weakness to stand strong on your living word. Lord I do love you and trust you, and I thank you for your love you’ve had for me since the beginning of day. I also profess you are my God and I your child and I pray this prayer in the mighty name of Jesus the Christ, Amen.

God’s Gracious Work

Take me by the hand and hold on to me, I’ll show you the way, the way of truth and the way of life. You have experienced so much and you seek and ask of me to remove your hurts and remove your pain and you ask me to remove the darkness that surrounds you that comes from deep within, but don’t be dismayed into believing that I don’t hear you and because you think I have not responded. I hear your deep cry and I see your silent tears. Your knees are weak and your heart may be heavy, but I want you to know that my grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in your weakness. I don’t expect you to rely on your own strength, I expect you to rely on me. I carried the cross of your afflictions up the hill of Golgotha and it was I, and only I that endured that pain for you, why, because I love you. Lean on me, just as I carried the cross I will carry you. I saved you not according to your goodness but I saved you according to my mercies toward you. Trust in me and do good and dwell in the land and you will be fed. Delight yourself also in me and I will give you the desires of you heart.

2 Corinthian 12:9, Psalm 37:1-4,  John 19:16-17

Prayer
Lord, you are the most Holy one and I love you because you first loved me. I rejoice in knowing that you saved me and my life is better because you endured the cross for me. I know there is nothing I can do to pay you back for all you’ve done for me only to love others as you have loved me. Thank you Lord Jesus for extending your grace and extending your mercies toward me while carrying me through the dark days of my life. My days are much lighter and my life is much brighter because you are part of it. Jesus I want to know more about you so Lord, please teach me your ways and lead me into the truth of your word. In Jesus name, Amen

Beyond Your Imagination

Give me your hand; even better give me your heart. I have prepared a place for you where there is peace that passes your understanding. No one else can give you this kind of peace. This kind can only come from my father.  I know you say that you can’t imagine having peace like this, that it’s unbelievable but let me tell you it’s true. You don’t think you can have it because you are not prepared because you keep reminding yourself of things you’ve done in the past. But those things I remember not. Your past is just that, it is your past. I have given you a new life and old things have passed away behold all things are new. Don’t look back but press forward to the new things that I have for you. My father can give you these things new because he sent me to die for you. Freely I came and freely I went doing His will not for me but just for you. Remember that I love you and so the path has already been prepared for you. I’ve even given you light on the way. My word will shine bright before you.  Give me your hand and I’ll guide you all the way but if you give me your heart I can carry you there.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father and our soon coming King, You are wonderful and you are my bright and morning star. Thank you for that prepared place where I can bow at your feet. I can only imagine what you have prepared for me and I can only image how I will feel standing before you in peace. Help me to renew my heart and renew my mind and forget the things of the past and embrace all things new. I surrender to you and ask for you to surround me with your glory. As I stand in your presence I can feel that peace all around me as warm as your created sun. Thank you for giving your blood that I may live with you forever in Jesus Christ name, Amen

Isaiah 26:3, Psalm 29:11, Psalm 119:105, 2 Corinthians 5:17,

Speak To Me

4121077_f520[1]

I’ve created this process to communicate with you. I know your ways and I know your thoughts. Prayer is my way of drawing closer to you and you drawing closer to me. I hear your voice crying to me, crying early in the morning and even late in the evening, directing your prayers to me. Speak to me in your quiet time, remove all distractions from around you and concentrate on me. Focus on my goodness towards you and let the brightness of my glory rest with you. Come into my house and in the multitude of my mercies. Can you feel my presence, my touch and my warmth resting on your shoulders providing you comfort and peace? This is how I want you to feel each time you come into my presence and then carry it with you throughout your day. If you spend time with me I will let you know what to do, I can protect you from the weight of the world’s pressure coming against you. Never rush off and forget our time together hold it close to you, meditate on my words and let it sink into your soul. I give you instructions and not only that, I can provide you joy when we are together. Open your heart and open your mind, hear me when I speak. Can you hear me or is the world’s noise too loud for you? Concentrate on me, close your eyes and concentrate on me.

Prayer:

Father, I thank you for your grace and mercies today. I spoke to you and you heard me, you remembered me and did not turn away from me. I thank you for providing a way for me to communicate with you and help me to feel your presence with me always. I know that this is a day that you made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. Tell me your way; tell me more about the things that please you. Help me to concentrate on you and your way so that I will not sin against you. Lord again I thank you for our time spent together. I will always cherish this time and look forward to the next day, the next moment and the next hour of our time together, In Jesus name, Amen.

Safe

black-and-white-water-lily-jose-medina[1]

I understand your hurts, and I understand your pains. I want you to look to me, I created you; I created this entire world including everything in it. Come closer to me and I will ease your pain and I will dry your tears and help you to stand. You may not know but I am with you, every breath that you take and every step that you make I am there. Just like Moses told the children of Israel, And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you, He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed. You are strong because that is how I created you. I understand you may feel weak and even defeated, but that is how the enemy wants you to feel. But I know you better than the enemy does and my love for you will help you to be strong. Every battle that you face I have already provided a way out, I have already given you the weapons to use in time of trouble. Trust me, trust my word. I am not a man that I shall lie, neither the son of man that I should repent. I Love you and never want to see you hurt.  Come, come to me and I will give you rest.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank you for helping me and healing me, even in my storm of hurt and pain, I recognize that it is you and only you that can give me the strength to stand strong today and always. When things go wrong in my life I know I can always depend on you to help me because you said you will always be with me and I can trust you and your love to guide me through. Lord, you have given me your word and I thank for loving me and thank you for creating a safe haven for rest in your arms that I can go to in my time of need. Lord I love you and I am overwhelmed with joy that you first loved me. Keep me and guide me always, in Jesus name, Amen.

Inside Out

imagesY8RC52A2

There’s a war going on! No, I’m not talking about the war we know about that our American Military men and women are fighting. And I want to take the time out to say thank you to all the men and women that put their lives on the line for our country. This is not the war that I’m speaking of. I’m speaking of the war, the struggle, the confusion that we have going on inside us every day that no one sees and that no one knows about, only you. We can only see you from the outside, yes, you are well put together with hair in place and beautiful cloths, nails and shoes, but on the inside spiritually you are a mess struggling daily with the battle of right and wrong; yes I should-no I shouldn’t, low self-esteem, sexual addiction, substance abuse, anger,  you love him [her], but he [she] don’t love you shame and much more, What is going on? Well, the enemy has you bound and the enemy does not want you to be free, successful, confident, happy or have peace and every time you try to break free from any of these issues he tries to convince you that your life has no meaning, he pulling one way and you’re pulling the opposite. He wants you to be defeated and to believe that you can’t do without these addictions when in fact your life is very important and you can live with those things. You can make the right choices and find true love and they love you back. You can have victory over your problems. You have found comfort in these issues and there is so much fog around you from these things that you can’t see your hand in front of your face.

The bible tells us that “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, (contending only with physical opponents), but against principalities, against powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere” (Ephesians 6:12 Amp). But if you go 2 verses up you will find that it states, “In conclusion, be strong [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. Put on the whole armor of God [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies] that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all]the strategies and the deceits of the devil”. The devil only has as much power over you that you give him, and you should never give him any! Give no place to the devil. God gave us his authority and we can use the authority of God’s word to use against the devil in Jesus’ name.  You can break free, free from every issue that has you bound. I know you may be thinking  “No I can’t” but I’m here to tell you “YES YOU CAN!” You are strong and capable and the Lord wants you to have peace through Him and He is capable of supplying that peace to you. It’s time to let those things go, whatever is on the inside needs to come out. What is buried deep within let loose of all those negative things. Today is a new day, and you don’t have to take it anymore. Again we find the answer in the word of God. The word of God tells us to “Stand therefore[hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God, And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace. Lift up over all the covering shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one] and take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the spirit wields, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people). Ephesians 6:14-18. Amp.

Today I want you to know If you renew you mind you can renew your life. Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; Pray this prayer:

Father, in the name of Jesus, I love you and ask you for forgiveness of my sins. Cleanse me and save me from all unrighteousness, and renew in me a right spirit. I thank you Lord for your divine grace and mercy that is supplied to me daily and I thank you that I can find strength in you and it is through your bountiful strength that I can break free from those issues that have had me bound. It is only through you that I can find true peace and true love and I stand in your presence asking that you supply me with those truths. Thank You Lord for supplying all that I need even before I ask because you are God and know all that I need. Help me to walk in wisdom and stand on the firm knowledge of your word, and teach me the true way of the life that you want me to have. In Jesus name, Amen
